Upon payment you will receive a gate code to enter.
. Full payment required at time of reservation for daily, weekly and first month (Plus electric deposit)  . Electric deposit of $150.00 is due upon reservation, to be applied to final bill, any balance will be returned.
. Electric meters are read and billed on the on the 1st of each month. 
. Maximum Adults guest per site is 2, children 3, vehicles 2, See current rates for additional person/pet charge.

Refunds/Cancellations
. A full refund will be given if daily reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of arrival. A full refund will be given on weekly reservation if canceled at least 7 days ahead of arrival date      . A 50% refund will be given if monthly reservation is canceled more than 14 days in advance of rent due. No refunds on early departures with no notice.

General Rules . Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 7:00am  . No hanging of laundry outdoors  . We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone  . While on property, please keep area clean of all cigarette butts, trash, and pet waste.  . Place garbage in plastic bags, tie, and place in dumpster provided by the office.  No Semi trucks, with exception of Horse Haulers and RV Pullers  . No inoperable vehicles  

. We reserve the right to refuse continued residency privileges to "offenders" of park rules
. Longhorn RV is in no way liable for any loss or damage by fire, wind, theft, accident, or any other cause to person, personal possessions of tenant or their guests.

Horse Motel Longhorn Ranch RV Park take no responsibility for the care or welfare of animals booked into the motel (stalls).  Livestock owners, trainers, haulers, etc. are responsible for  inspecting and approving stall area, all care, feeding, water and clean up of stall and area before leaving. Cooperation will keep prices low.

Laundry / Work Out Room   Both are available through  locked doors, code given upon request.  Please keep area clean,  help us keep our costs low by reporting  any problems with any machines to office.  

Playground: Playground is for the use of the children in the RV park.  Adult supervision is required when children are at play.  Please keep area clean and safe!  Report any problems or concerns to office.  Longhorn RV Park is in no way liable for accidents/injuries on the playground.

Pets: Dogs and cats are to be kept on leash or dogs turned out in dog runs, only for daily exercise.  Barking is to be kept at a minimal amount and all waste is to be cleaned by owner and disposed off in trash containers. Park owners reserve the right to request animal to be removed, should the above not be adhered to.   

 The owner reserves the right to change the rules without notice. Payment acknowledges receipt of document.
